We represented an internationally award-winning educational app for people with special needs. We carried out a spin-off of the project from its parent company. We represented a leading Czech-Slovak advertising and digital services client in claiming damages from copyright infringement, in drafting Work Contracts (software, graphics, website design etc.), in drafting Licensing and Sublicensing Agreements and in recovering claims resulting from these contracts. Divas is an internationally award-winning Slovak manufacturer of functional drinks.
